ACA premiums

my husband just got his premium increase notice for 2026. His premium was $294. It is going up to $1,113. in January.He is in the middle of his cancer treatments, how can you just stay out of Washington and not try to work with the Democrats who are fighting for affordable healthcare> In my mind there is no excuse for your inaction.
